Burning Rome

SOAD, Scars on Broadway, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Journey, Stone Sour and Papa Roach characterize our deepest influences and musical roots. Our intent is to collect and mix all of our different musical approaches with the intention of creating a mixture of a very personal alternative metal.
Our music is powerful and rough, very far from the italian tradition, with a powerful, straight rhythmic base but always able to open up ang give the listener melodic moments.

Since 2010 we are bound by friendship and music, but the most important meeting was the one with the producer Marzio Francone and his label Snooky Records. After releasing an EP called “Let Me Know”, thanks to its artistic contribution we started to look forward taking a significant change of stylistic direction: this is the reason we decided to stop the old project to begin the story of BURNING ROME.

In June 2015 Nero, singer and former member of the band since the period Middle Man Theory amicably left the band for personal reasons unrelated to the music. A few months later he was replaced by our friend and musician Jago.
Following this further change in the line-up, BURNING ROME begin working on their first studio album.

In January 2016 was published the first song taken from the forthcoming album, to be released in april 2016, titled “Silence and Me.” BURNING ROME in the same period begins the collaboration with the Visual Artist GARJAN ATWOOD, who handles graphics album and the exclusive promotion of the band.

Having signed a publishing contract with the historic Italian label UNDERGROUND SYMPHONY, in April 2016 the full length album “The New Era Begins” is released in digipack deluxe edition and is also available in digital stores worldwide. BURNING ROME starts touring to perform “The New Era Begins” in various places around Europe.
